Carol (Campbell) May serves as a Program Officer for the Walton Family Foundation in Siloam Springs, AR.

Perry Diehm was recently earned a distinguished award as a certified financial aid administrator from the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators in Washington, DC.  Financial Aid Administrator. He currently works at Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, OK.

Marlys (Hahn) Arnold collected a Best Indie Book Award for her title, Build a Better Trade Show Image (2024). Based on her work in tradeshow exhibition industry, the book provides a comprehensive guide for first-time and experienced exhibitors alike.

Dr. David A. Wyatt is now the CEO and Executive Director of Denver-based AORN, a national organization for registered nurses working in surgical centers that defines, supports, and advocates for patient and staff safety through exemplary practice in all phases of perioperative nursing care using evidence-based guidelines, continuing education and clinical practice resources.

Walt Cochran was named Cross Country Coach of the Year by the Greater Kansas City Cross Country Coaches Association after leading his team at Gardner-Edgerton (KS) High School to the Kansas 6A state championship last fall. He is currently in his 23^rd year of teaching AP history at the high school.

Gabriela (Buitron) Johnson was recently promoted to Academic Coordinator for the undergraduate communications program at Walden University. She currently resides in Morgantown, WV.

Nathan Drake was promoted to Professor of Mathematics at Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, OK.

Hope (Tallent) Owens now serves as the Assistant for Travel for the Board of General Superintendents at the Nazarene Global Ministry Center in Lenexa, KS.

Lynette (Hawkins) Cherry is currently serving as an Associate Pastor at First Church of the Nazarene in Pueblo, CO.

Stuart Turleu is serving as the Co-Lead Pastor of Victory Hills Church of the Nazarene in Kansas City, KS.

Daren Baldwin and Crystal Coakley (MAC ’23) were married on January 24, 2025.

Mark Van Sickle was recently promoted to Executive Producer at Kansas City-based Cumulus Media. He produces “Mundo in the Morning” and Kevin Kietzman Uncanceled” shows on KCMO Talk Radio 95.7FM.

Stephen Netherton was named a Partner at the law firm of Hite, Fanning & Honeyman LLP in Wichita, specializing in health care law and medical malpractice law. He was recently named as a Best Lawyer: Ones to Watch in America.

Eli and Ashley (Kyle ’11) Stewart welcomed a girl, Jordyn Emerson on November 6, 2024.

Brandon and Andria Owen gave birth to a girl, Goldie Kay, on January 22, 2025.

Ashford Collins earned his Doctor of Educational Administration degree from the University of Kansas. He is putting it to good use as principal at Dwight D. Eisenhower Middle School in the Kansas City, KS School District.

Rev. Kevin Liddle is now serving as the Pastor of Discipleship & Mission at Gaithersburg (MD) Church of the Nazarene.

Jon and Tyler (Sparks ’16) Runyan, gave birth to a baby girl, Sophie, on December 10, 2024.

Austin and Kassidy (Ritchel) Chuning gave birth to a baby girl: June Kay, on March 25, 2025.

Jules Kilson, MAC published The Grief Project (Kendall Hunt Publishing) in December 2024. The book chronicles her own grieving process after the passing of her father, as well as stories from others on the same journey. She hopes the book will help those who are grieving.

Glenn Klander, Jr. is now the Production Manager at Texas-based Adam’s Extract, a company that manufactures baking supplies and markets its products to the south-central region of the United States.

Alexander and Blaire (Patrick ‘15) Prince gave birth to a baby girl, Daphne Lane Prince, on March 25, 2025.
